All stipulations noted in the agreement have been worked out between the two parties and are deemed acceptable by the Construction Services Department staff of The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida. This Agreement has been approved by the School Board attorney. Recommendation That the Interlocal Agreement between the City of North Port and The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida for the Water and Wastewater System for Suncoast Technical College South Campus be approved as presented.
